Electrostatic powder coating is a dry, solvent-free, and environmentally friendly painting method used for coating metal surfaces. The powder paint is applied to the surface using an electrostatic charge and then cured in an oven to achieve a permanent finish.
In this process, finely powdered thermoplastic or thermoset resin-based paint is sprayed onto metal surfaces using electrostatic technology and subsequently baked at 180–200 °C to form a hard and durable coating layer.
