What is Painted Aluminum?
Painted aluminum is aluminum coil whose surface has been colored (coated) in the factory using special methods.
Usually coated on both sides with oven-baked paint using the coil coating method.
A ready-to-use, aesthetic, and durable material.

Painting Methods:
Electrostatic Powder Coating:
Powder paint adheres to the aluminum surface electrostatically and is baked in an oven to become permanent. Durable and provides an aesthetic appearance.
Liquid (Wet) Paint:
Applied with spray or brush. Suitable for thin surfaces. Drying occurs via air or oven.
Painting over Anodized Surface:
Paint penetrates the porous structure of anodized aluminum. Both decorative and protective.
PVDF Paint (Fluoropolymer):
Mainly used for exterior applications. Highly resistant to UV rays and weather conditions.
